Welcome to Perk Nest!

Established in 2025, Perk Nest was born in Herefordshire (West Midlands, UK) out of a simple but powerful idea: to make work-related spending more rewarding.

Whilst dining with my partner one evening, we were seated next to two gentlemen who had been checked into the accommodation attached to the restaurant. After a long day of travelling from Yorkshire and working outdoors in wet and windy conditions, they were both looking forward to unwinding with a couple of drinks and a good meal before the next day’s work. They mentioned that their office team had booked them into the accommodation, which they were grateful for, as it was a lovely place and the location was perfect for their work. However, there was a problem: while their expense allowance for dinner was only £28 each, their bill came to a hefty £132 due to the fine dining offered by the restaurant. With very limited dining options in the area, they had no control over where they were staying or where they ate that evening.

That moment was the spark for Perk Nest!

While I fully acknowledge that it’s common practice and understand that companies need to manage and limit costly expenses, I wanted to create a platform that benefits both businesses and employees - after all, life is expensive for everyone. Perk Nest allows businesses to save on their expenses while earning rewards, and employees to earn points for the extra money they’ve spent while travelling for work that can be exchanged for vouchers and other rewards.

What struck me the most was that this wasn’t the first time I had heard a story like this. In fact, it was the second time in just three weeks that I had heard of employees working away facing the same issue. That’s when I decided to turn the idea into a reality, creating Perk Nest as a way to help ease this burden for all parties.

I’m truly passionate about this platform, not just because it helps businesses save and employees earn back, but because I know how many people face this challenge. With so many needing to travel for work and the current constant rise in outgoings, it felt important to find a way to help.

Perk Nest is my way of making a real difference.
